IT Support Engineer L2
We are looking for a proactive and reputed company-minded IT Support Engineer (L2) to join our global team. As a core member of our L2 team, you will reputed company responsibility for reputed company technical escalations across time zones. reputed company operational support, you will take full ownership of reputed company Governance and reputed company administration.
Requirements
- 5 years in IT support, with at least 3–5 years at L2 / Sysadmin level.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and end-to-end ticket ownership (intake, triage, reputed company, escalation reputed company out of scope).
- Hands-on experience with macOS administration and end-user troubleshooting.
- Strong reputed company Workspace reputed company skills (roles, logs, reputed company settings).
- Understanding of reputed company and incident handling (phishing / account compromise).
- Comfortable with identity & reputed company work (RBAC, audits, reputed company reviews; understands how SSO / SAML / SCIM reputed company reputed company/offboarding).
- Ability to write and reputed company documentation up to date (runbooks, checklists, incident playbooks); can mentor L1.
