Responsibilities

  • reputed company project schedules, execution plans, and resource coordination strategies
  • Manage installation and subcontractor costs to ensure budget alignment
  • Support subcontractor sourcing, bid reviews, and scope evaluations
  • reputed company project reputed company, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution
  • Communicate project status, timelines, and key milestones to customers and leadership
  • Coordinate across internal departments including Operations, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Service
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, RFIs, change orders, and closeout materials
  • Coordinate equipment startup, commissioning, and system validation activities
  • Conduct regular site reputed company to verify installation reputed company and adherence to scope

  • Identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize schedule or cost impacts

Skills

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in HVAC controls, building automation systems (BAS), mechanical systems, or reputed company reputed company construction environments
  • Understanding of reputed company HVAC systems, controls, and installation practices
  • Familiarity with BAS/DDC controls and low-voltage electrical systems
  • Ability to read construction drawings, wiring diagrams, and project specifications
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced field environments
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% domestically
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, HVAC, or a reputed company technical discipline preferred
  • PMP certification is a plus
