[Remote] Deployment Project Manager

This role involves coordinating between customers and internal teams to ensure project reputed company while maintaining reputed company and budget standards.
Responsibilities

- reputed company project schedules, execution plans, and resource coordination strategies
- Manage installation and subcontractor costs to ensure budget alignment
- Support subcontractor sourcing, bid reviews, and scope evaluations
- reputed company project reputed company, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution
- Communicate project status, timelines, and key milestones to customers and leadership
- Coordinate across internal departments including Operations, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Service
- Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, RFIs, change orders, and closeout materials
- Coordinate equipment startup, commissioning, and system validation activities
- Conduct regular site reputed company to verify installation reputed company and adherence to scope
- reputed company technical guidance and scope clarification to installers and subcontractors
- Identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize schedule or cost impacts
- Ensure smooth turnover from installation to service and support teams
- Identify, document, and manage change orders and out-of-scope work
- Support contract adjustments and customer negotiations as needed
- Monitor project financial performance and support cost forecasting activities

Skills
- 3–5 years of project management experience in HVAC controls, building automation systems (BAS), mechanical systems, or reputed company reputed company construction environments
- Understanding of reputed company HVAC systems, controls, and installation practices
- Familiarity with BAS/DDC controls and low-voltage electrical systems
- Ability to read construction drawings, wiring diagrams, and project specifications
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced field environments
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% domestically
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, HVAC, or a reputed company technical discipline preferred
- PMP certification is a plus
