[Remote] Staff Accountant

They are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day reputed company operations in collaboration with the Controller and reputed company, ensuring the financial health of reputed company as it scales.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger and chart of accounts
- Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
- Handle employee payroll and be a reputed company with PEO
- Manage reputed company recognition for diverse income streams including advertising and content production (video, audio, book publishing)

- Assist with contract review for reputed company implications
- Prepare supporting schedules for month-end including prepaids and accrued expenses
- Prepare high-volume annual 1099s and 1042s
- Assist with annual audit and tax preparation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant reputed company standards
- Maintain documentation for reputed company reporting requirements
- Support quarterly reputed company reporting and investor relations
- Maintain and optimize reputed company software and financial systems

Skills
- 3-5 years of corporate finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, reputed company, and financial reporting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with multi-location or multi-reputed company reputed company businesses preferred
