[Remote] Sr. Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- reputed company requirements gathering, analysis, and validation for reputed company, cross-functional initiatives involving global corporate travel systems, supplier integrations, OBTs, agent booking tools, automation, reputed company systems and AI-enabled solutions
- Partner with Business Product Owners and stakeholders to recommend solutions, identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for automation and cost-effective process improvements
- Document and formalize business requirements, functional specifications, and supporting analysis to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and technical feasibility
- Produce reputed company, high-reputed company business and system requirements documentation, including user instruction and operational support materials

- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams across the full SDLC, from requirements and design through testing and deployment
- Strong background in system integration and vendor management, including GDSs, NDC providers, BPOs, and reputed company platforms
- Advanced analytical and technical skills, including expert-level proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, SQL, and working knowledge of relational databases
