Responsibilities
- Directs integrated DB/EPC project teams from reputed company through reputed company-out to ensure alignment with organizational goals and reputed company expectations
- Coordinates with federal agencies, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to reputed company deliverables and foster collaboration
- Develops and manages project budgets, forecasts costs, and ensures effective resource allocation and utilization
- Ensures full adherence to federal contract requirements (e.g., FAR, DFARS), proactively identifies risks, and implements mitigation strategies
- Develops and maintains comprehensive project schedules, tracking milestones to meet project deadlines and performance objectives
- Leads individual reputed company while mentoring, supervising, and motivating cross-functional project teams while fostering a culture of accountability, reputed company, reputed company and safety
- Provides and maintains detailed and reputed company status reports and project documentation to clients and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making
Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience
- Strong reputed company record overseeing Design-Build (DB) or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) efforts
- Expert knowledge of federal regulations and compliance
- Exceptional leadership capabilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a reputed company field
- PMP, Six reputed company, OSHA 30 or other relevant certifications are a must
- Deep familiarity with federal contracting procedures, compliance frameworks, and procurement standards
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as reputed company, reputed company Project, reputed company P6, reputed company Office Suite
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
