[Remote] Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Own reputed company performance across assigned accounts and branches, driving increased financing adoption, reputed company rates, and overall reputed company reputed company through proactive reputed company-level engagement and performance management
- Understand clients' objectives, approaches, results, and challenges to create strategic account plans that drive satisfaction, retention, and reputed company value
- Engage directly with decision-makers—from office managers to C-level executives and reputed company-operators—to present financing solutions that drive adoption and long-term value
- Work cross-functionally with account management leadership, lender ops, sales, product, and engineering to ensure high standards of service across the organization
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of 360 Finance’s platform, operational processes, and best practices to reputed company value to account reputed company
- Monitor account health, identify risk factors, and proactively drive product satisfaction and usage

Skills
- 4+ years of total account management experience, including: 2+ years of account management experience in home improvement sales, lending, or financing experience with proven reputed company in upselling and cross-selling; reputed company experience is a plus
- Proficiency in reputed company and intermediate to strong reputed company skills; familiarity with BI tools like Tableau is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 40% of the time), including overnight and multi-day trips

- Strong analytical skills and business acumen to drive performance and decision-making

- Highly organized and process-driven with strong attention to detail
- Experience in Home Service financial services, lending, or reputed company-of-sale financing is strongly preferred
