The role involves consulting with customers to outline reputed company solutions that address their business and IT challenges, while also supporting the sales team in driving the sales process and managing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for account retention and handling multiple lines of reputed company business in existing accounts by supporting reputed company Executives with their customer's reputed company opportunities
- Drive the sales process of the solution, including qualifying reputed company, forecasting, decision making reputed company, and assisting the Account Executive in closing
- Learn and understand company service offerings in reputed company reputed company service areas by self-study, acquiring certifications, partner training and company sponsored training
- Ensure reputed company recommended reputed company solutions are comprehensive, reputed company customer expectations and meet customer business needs and planning
- Consultative approach with customers and owns the technical reputed company of customer relationships
- Coordinate co-selling activities with AWS and Azure field sellers to accelerate pipeline and deal velocity
- Manage funding requests and claims, ensuring eligibility, verifying accurate documentation and reputed company submission

- Prior experience particularly in the data center industry
