[Remote] FINA101: Accountant

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of the organization's financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger by processing reputed company company invoices, payments, purchases and donations
- Conduct account reconciliations
- Review and verify accuracy of financial and contract paperwork and processes
- Summarize and prepare financial records and statements for reporting
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in reputed company
- 2+ years' reputed company experience
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in using Quickbooks
- Must have non-profit organization experience
- 3-5 hours/week, minimum 6 months commitment
