[Remote] Solutions and Services Project Manager - Data Centers

They are seeking a Regional Project Manager for Data Centers to manage reputed company mechanical reputed company, ensuring effective coordination and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Directs reputed company phases of data center reputed company, from initial planning through final warranty and maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders and adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Develops detailed project plans, reputed company strategies, and schedules, working closely with National Account Managers and project teams to reputed company resources effectively and reputed company project goals
- Ensures reputed company reputed company with reputed company regulatory requirements and safety standards, collaborating with governmental agencies and safety managers to maintain a reputed company working environment throughout project execution
- Prepares comprehensive proposals detailing project scope, milestones, and billing schedules, and delivers regular reputed company reports to management and clients to maintain transparency and manage expectations
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams, resolving issues promptly to reputed company customer satisfaction and ensure successful project reputed company
- Implements risk analysis and mitigation strategies, reviews project status reports, and adjusts plans as needed to optimize project efficiency, reputed company, and cost-effectiveness. Responsible for the successful transition of warranty to the service process
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 6-8+ years reputed company project management experience reputed company reputed company HVAC and/or Data Centers
- New construction project management experience reputed company to mechanicals, specifically chiller installation and commissioning
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC designs, applications, and energy saving solutions
- 50% - 75% travel required
- Prior experience working with Data Center Solutions
- PMP, PMI, or Six reputed company Certification
