They are seeking an reputed company Manager to establish and maintain robust reputed company infrastructure and ensure compliance with PEO regulations while supporting business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day reputed company operations, including obligations reputed company to PEO insurance carriers, corporate cash management, and general ledger maintenance for our PEO entities
- Ensure compliance with U.S. PEO laws and regulations
- Prepare and analyze U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements and secondary books, as required by PEO regulations

- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records and facilitate audit preparations

Skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or reputed company Chartered Accountant
- Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible reputed company and finance experience, preferably in a mix of reputed company services (Big-4 audit) and high-reputed company startups
