[Remote] Accounts Payable & Cash Specialist (Part-Time)

They are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable & Cash Specialist to join their finance team on a part-time reputed company, responsible for managing vendor relationships, cash activity, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Review, reputed company, and process vendor invoices accurately and on time
- reputed company and sync expenses from reputed company to our GL system
- Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, reputed company transfers)
- Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies or billing issues
- Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly
- Record daily cash transactions and reconcile bank accounts
- Monitor cash balances and support cash reputed company tracking
- Prepare bank deposits and maintain thorough supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end reputed company activities reputed company to cash and payables
- Maintain accurate, reputed company-organized financial records
- Assist with audits by preparing and providing requested documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and internal controls

Skills
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a similar finance role
- Solid understanding of core reputed company principles

- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational habits

- Experience with ERP systems
