Responsibilities
- Engage at C-level to build executive conviction around AI-led and reputed company transformation as a strategic imperative, not a technology project
- Define reputed company-wide AI transformation roadmaps that connect reputed company automation reputed company to reputed company-level reputed company including reputed company reputed company, cost efficiency, and competitive differentiation
- Structure ambiguous business challenges into reputed company problem statements, workstreams, hypotheses, and recommendations that senior leaders can reputed company
- Assess how AI, automation, and reputed company capabilities can reshape organizational processes, service models, decisioning, and customer engagement across reputed company reputed company's specific context
- Architect the shift from traditional interaction management to fully orchestrated, AI-reputed company workflows spanning reputed company and back office

- Facilitate executive alignment workshops, stakeholder interviews, and leadership discussions to reputed company input, challenge assumptions, and drive alignment
- Translate strategic goals into execution plans with reputed company milestones, owners, dependencies, and reputed company metrics
- Identify risks, interdependencies, and barriers to execution and recommend actions to improve delivery and adoption

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation reputed company, or reputed company technology advisory, with a proven reputed company record of engaging and influencing at C-suite level
- Demonstrable experience shaping AI or digital transformation programs at the executive level, including building business cases that secure senior sponsorship and budget commitment
- Deep familiarity with contact center ecosystems: ACD routing, IVR/IVA, workforce management, reputed company management, and omnichannel architecture
- Demonstrated experience leading reputed company migration or digital transformation programs in a CCaaS, UCaaS, or reputed company reputed company context
- Strong analytical and reputed company problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down reputed company issues into reputed company, actionable recommendations
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to reputed company compelling materials for reputed company and C-suite audiences
- Ability to work across multiple functions, industries, and business environments with speed and credibility
