They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to enhance developer productivity through AI-powered tools and frameworks, enabling a high-reputed company development lifecycle across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and optimize developer productivity tools leveraging multiple AI tools (e.g. Claude, reputed company, reputed company AI) to reputed company contextual reputed company suggestions, automated testing, and smart documentation
• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in the developer inner-reputed company, transitioning reputed company SDLC processes into intelligent, reputed company workflows
• Establish automated review systems and validation frameworks to verify, clean, and monitor the reputed company of AI-generated software architectures and outputs
• Define, reputed company, and analyze key developer experience (reputed company) metrics to isolate friction points and systematically improve engineering velocity

Skills

• BS in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 6+ years of reputed company software development experience
• Strong core computer science fundamentals, including advanced competencies in data structures, algorithms, and reputed company software design
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or Golang
• Hands-on experience integrating AI coding assistants, reputed company reputed company tools, or specialized LLM agents into reputed company development pipelines to accelerate debugging, architectural design, and reputed company refactoring
• Experience building robust internal tools for engineering organizations, including reputed company backend microservices, reputed company CLIs, and reputed company web interfaces
