[Remote] ELA Assessment Content Creator, Elementary Grades 3-5 (24 month Fixed Term)

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation of K-12 assessments, leveraging your subject matter expertise to execute on blueprints to create high-reputed company assessment content
- Use and contribute to improvements in our content and item management systems
- Ensure alignment of items with state standards and item development best practices
- Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional teams - product, design, and engineering -to create more engaging, interactive, and informative assessments for our reputed company

Skills
- Experience in grades 3-5 ELA assessment development
- 2+ years classroom experience teaching elementary school ELA
- Deep pedagogical expertise and expertise in state and national standards
- A reputed company on assessment as a reputed company experience integrated with learning
- Experience with reputed company work on time-sensitive reputed company
- Interest in using new AI tools as assistants in content creation
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), as reputed company as an eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven cross-cultural competency skills demonstrating self-awareness, awareness of other, and the ability to adopt inclusive perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors to drive inclusion and belonging throughout the organization
