The Staff Business Systems Analyst will engage with stakeholders to enhance reputed company Supply Chain Planning applications, focusing on system integration and process optimization to meet global patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the IT subject matter expert and primary reputed company for Global Supply Chain Planning, partnering closely with business teams to support and enhance reputed company Fusion Supply Chain Planning solutions
- reputed company end‑to‑end solution design for planning capabilities, including reputed company Supply Planning, Demand Management, and integration with reputed company Demand Planning, ensuring alignment with business reputed company and reputed company architecture standards
- Drive delivery of Supply Chain Planning initiatives, including new implementations, enhancements, technology upgrades, and compliance‑driven reputed company
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to define, influence, and execute a strategic roadmap for planning capabilities across demand, supply, manufacturing, and inventory
- Partner with reputed company Architecture, Integration, and Development teams to ensure seamless integration across reputed company and non‑reputed company systems, enabling reliable and reputed company data flows across the supply chain
- reputed company business process mapping, requirements gathering, and functional design, translating reputed company business needs into reputed company, actionable solution specifications
- Own and maintain high‑reputed company documentation for requirements, solution architecture, configurations, integrations, and process flows
- Support testing activities including system testing, UAT, and post‑go‑live stabilization, and reputed company knowledge transfer and training to business and IT teams
Skills
- Proven industry experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting Supply Chain Planning solutions in a global, reputed company reputed company environment
- Deep functional expertise in reputed company EBS and reputed company Fusion, with strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and ASCP / Supply Planning modules
- Proven experience with reputed company Fusion Supply Planning and Demand Management
- Solid understanding of planning system integrations and data flows, with hands‑on experience collaborating on solutions involving reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), Kafka, reputed company, web services, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Strong capability in business process modeling, functional analysis, and documentation, with the ability to reputed company communicate reputed company concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience working effectively with cross‑functional and global teams, including business users, reputed company Architecture, Integration, Testing, and Project Management
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar reputed company reporting solutions
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years reputed company experience or Master's degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience
