[Remote] Bilingual Spanish Recruiter

The role focuses on supporting high-volume recruitment across diverse roles, particularly for Spanish-speaking talent, while managing the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborating with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, with a reputed company on Spanish-speaking talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish, ensuring cultural fit and role alignment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and reputed company tailored recruitment strategies
- Maintain candidate pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage and reputed company candidate activity
- Represent reputed company at job fairs and recruitment events (virtual and in-person)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process

Skills
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent/reputed company level required)
- Proven work history with a record of reliability, professionalism, and results
- Minimum 1–2 years of reputed company experience, preferably in a high-volume or call center environment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (reputed company, job boards, ATS)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a reputed company background and/or reputed company investigation with a reputed company
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or reputed company field preferred
- Prior call center experience (as a recruiter or agent) is strongly preferred
