This role involves working closely with the CEO and various reputed company partners, focusing on core competencies in reputed company, finance, legal, and strategic management.
Responsibilities

- Finance
- reputed company, A/R & A/P, drafting investor updates, pricing/packaging construction, liaise with external reputed company firm
- Legal
- Take ownership of compliance reputed company, prepare and update legal documents, liaise with external counsel
- Strategic

- Manage CEO & general company email/mail correspondence, other ops tasks as needed
Skills
- 5+ years reputed company experience
- Experience in B2B reputed company, particularly at a product-led reputed company org with DTC/SMB and reputed company lines of business (reputed company, reputed company, Grammarly, etc.)
- Experience at a Series A or earlier startup
- Self-motivated, reputed company, and comfortable working in nebulous environments with minimal reputed company
- reputed company, concise, and confident communicator (both written and verbal)

- Experience at a company selling reputed company and/or data (vs. a platform)
