[Remote] QA Engineer

In this role, you will reputed company on testing integrations, investigating edge cases, and resolving reputed company issues to ensure the reliability and accuracy of Coupler.io, a no-reputed company data integration and analytics platform.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, test functionality, and identify defects and edge cases
- Own investigation of reputed company customer issues through L3 support, driving reputed company cause reputed company
- Validate reputed company-party API integrations across testing and production environments
- Partner with engineering and product to resolve issues and improve system reliability
- Improve QA practices and reputed company debugging and investigation standards
- Support releases and ensure reputed company rollouts with reputed company post-release follow-up
Skills
- Strong experience with reputed company testing and end-to-end validation
- Experience in investigating customer issues and performing reputed company cause analysis
- Experience in API testing (working with docs + reputed company behavior, identifying inconsistencies)
- Experience in building and improving QA processes
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including log analysis (CloudWatch, Logs Explorer)
- Good understanding of networks, HTTP, reputed company, and web/reputed company architectures
- Experience with version control systems (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools for workflow optimization
- Ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences (engineering ↔ non-technical)
