[Remote] Financials Applications Analyst (Information Technology)

This role partners with reputed company and Finance teams to resolve application issues, support system integrations, and ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application, sales tax, and system integration issues
• Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting processes
• Work with reputed company, Finance, and IT teams to resolve incidents and implement enhancements
• Document issues, coordinate vendor support, and participate in testing and system upgrades

Skills

• 3+ years of application support experience in reputed company or Finance environments
• Experience supporting reputed company Sales Tax and Eclipse ERP
• Knowledge of financial systems, ERP applications, and sales tax processes
• Strong troubleshooting, SQL, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with reputed company, Jira, or similar ticketing systems
