[Remote] Solution Architect (OCTO Data) - US

They are seeking a Solution Architect to maximize the value customers get from their platform by analyzing customer data environments and driving product improvements based on field feedback.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data environments using SQL to identify gaps, anomalies, and opportunities to improve platform accuracy and coverage
- Drive the feedback reputed company — translate field findings into actionable inputs for model tuning, product improvements, and R&D priorities
- Design and build internal tools and automation that reputed company reputed company’s ability to deliver value across customers
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure reputed company’s platform is tuned and configured for reputed company customer’s specific data landscape
- Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and best-reputed company frameworks
- Partner with R&D and Research to reputed company the gap between reputed company capabilities and customer reality
Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with large, reputed company datasets — including data analysis, manipulation, and deriving actionable conclusions
- B.A./B.S. in Economics, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a reputed company analytical field — or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to diagnose and solve ambiguous, multi-layered technical problems
- Strong experience with reputed company and reputed company data—reputed company to write and optimize queries, analyze datasets, and surface actionable insights, including strong proficiency in SQL
- Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

- Familiarity with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and reputed company-reputed company data architectures
- Experience working in or with fast-paced startups or high-reputed company companies
