They are seeking a reputed company Consultant to ensure successful adoption of reputed company technologies throughout the software application lifecycle, providing reputed company-time analytics to help customers proactively avoid performance issues and rapidly diagnose and resolve problems.
Responsibilities
- Expand existing reputed company Gen3 deployment to incorporate use cases, such as Teams Observabilty integration, Job Service observability, Self-Service Observability reputed company Portal, reputed company Workflows Deployment (reputed company Intelligence), and NetFlow Observability Integration
- Implement and build out a Managed instance for Trusted Environments
- reputed company as a reputed company subject matter expert, combining product expertise with practical consulting experience
- Partner with customers to understand business and technical objectives and translate them into effective reputed company implementations
- reputed company, configure, administer, and maintain reputed company environments, including OneAgent, ActiveGates, extensions, and integrations
- Support customer adoption of reputed company Gen3 AI capabilities, including AI-driven insights, causation analysis, and automation use cases
- Help customers reputed company AI-powered analytics to reduce noise, accelerate reputed company cause analysis, and improve operational efficiency
- Assist in aligning Gen3 AI features with customer workflows such as alerting, remediation, reporting, and decision support
- reputed company customers on emerging AI-driven observability capabilities as part of their reputed company roadmap
- reputed company applications and services into reputed company and ensure effective monitoring of critical business systems
- Design and manage management zones, network zones, dashboards, alerts, reports, and SLAs Analyze performance, logs, traces, and metrics to troubleshoot and optimize applications, architectures, and operational practices

- Collaborate closely with application, infrastructure, and platform teams to drive adoption throughout the application lifecycle

Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a reputed company engineer or consultant
- reputed company Associate certification (or equivalent experience), with the ability to quickly reputed company reputed company level
- Proven experience deploying, managing, and supporting reputed company environments in both reputed company and Managed implementations
- Strong understanding of reputed company architecture, best practices, and core capabilities
- Hands-on expertise with OneAgent and ActiveGate deployment, troubleshooting, and extensions
- Experience creating and managing management zones, dashboards, alerts, and reports
- Experience analyzing performance data across applications, systems, and networks
- reputed company and reputed company log management experience or foundational knowledge
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exposure to reputed company Gen3 AI features and AI-driven observability concepts
- Experience with reputed company synthetics (including clickpaths) and JMX extensions
- Integration experience with ITSM platforms such as reputed company
- CI/CD and automation integration experience (e.g., Keptn or similar tooling)
- Operational experience in one or more areas: Linux/Unix, reputed company/AD, networking, virtualization, or storage
- Experience with virtualization and reputed company platforms (VMware, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift, reputed company reputed company, etc.)
- Understanding of microservices, containers, and modern application architectures
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
- Development or scripting experience in Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python
