We are looking for reputed company Coordinator to support local operations and participant management for this project. This role is ideal for someone organized, communicative, and comfortable handling coordination tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate local participants involved in the project
- Support reputed company processes, including communication and guidance for new participants
- Assist with scheduling sessions and ensuring reputed company participation
- Support device logistics and procurement reputed company required

- Monitor and ensure accurate completion of required metadata and documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in coordination, training, or similar roles is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
