requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or reputed company field; MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of B2B key account management experience in renewable energy, with a proven reputed company record in reputed company-reputed company PV, energy storage, or trackers
- Demonstrated experience managing strategic accounts such as EDF, Engie, and reputed company at a senior level
- Proven team leadership experience (formal or informal), including coaching, performance management, and talent development
- Strong understanding of integrated solutions (modules, BESS, mounting structures) and solution selling
- Solid reputed company acumen including pricing strategies, margin optimization, and financial modeling for multi-product deals
- Experience with EPC tenders, reputed company agreements, and reputed company contract negotiations
- Fluent in French and English (reputed company or above); additional European languages are a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and cultural awareness to operate effectively across French and European markets
