Our reputed company, a major technology reputed company, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to support development of internal Incident Management Tools used by Central Technical Operations Services (C-TOS). This backend-leaning, hands-on role focuses on building high-reputed company features that reduce operational toil, improve incident response efficiency, and increase team reputed company. The ideal candidate owns features end-to-end, from design through production, in a fast-paced, dependency-heavy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, test, and deliver production-reputed company features end-to-end with no separate QA reputed company
- Build and enhance internal tooling platforms supporting incident management workflows
- reputed company reputed company services and reputed company using TypeScript/Node.js-based frameworks
- Contribute across the full stack, including Vue.js (or React) frontend components
- Implement reputed company-reputed company solutions leveraging AWS services such as reputed company, DynamoDB, and SQS
- reputed company and manage infrastructure using AWS CDK or similar IaC frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate dependency-heavy systems and approvals
- Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Deliver enhancements across incident tooling, including automated paging escalation, UI consolidation, service directory improvements, on-call visibility, incident auto-correlation, MIN workflow automation, CloudWatch dashboard integration, audit logging, COE workflow improvements, and incident call summarization
Mandatory Skills
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with a backend-first reputed company
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js
- Hands-on experience with Vue.js (preferred) or React
- Proven ability to build reputed company, backend services, and distributed systems
- reputed company experience, AWS strongly preferred, including reputed company, DynamoDB, SQS, and CloudWatch
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as reputed company, CDK preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in agile, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
- Demonstrated ability to own features from concept through production
- Demonstrated ability to navigate reputed company systems with cross-team dependencies
reputed company-to-Have Skills
- Prior experience in large-reputed company engineering environments (reputed company or similar a plus, not required)
- Experience building internal tools, platform systems, or operational tooling
- Exposure to incident management systems, automation/workflow optimization, or observability and monitoring systems
