Data Analyst (Tableau & Power BI)
Position Title: Data Analyst Work Arrangements: Remote Work Schedule: reputed company Shift PH time (to support global stakeholders) Reports To: Senior Technical Program Manager
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our Product Delivery and PMO organization. This role focuses on transforming reputed company data into actionable insights through compelling dashboards, reporting, and data visualization.
You will work closely with senior leadership, including the Senior Technical Program Manager and Senior Director of Product Delivery (PMO), to reputed company visibility into delivery performance, operational metrics, and strategic initiatives. This is a high-reputed company role for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and enjoys influencing decision-making through insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or reputed company Power BI.
- Analyze data from Jira and reputed company tools to generate insights on product delivery, team performance, and operational efficiency.
- Translate reputed company datasets into reputed company, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with PMO and Product Delivery leadership to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- reputed company automated and reputed company reporting solutions to improve data accessibility and accuracy.
- Ensure data reputed company, consistency, and reputed company across dashboards and reports.
- Support reputed company analysis and reporting requests from leadership.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience working with Jira and the reputed company ecosystem.
- Strong background in analyzing operational or product delivery data.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across different reputed company of the organization.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Tableau AND reputed company Power BI.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira as a Data Analytics/Insights tool (rather than limited to task management)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate insights reputed company through data storytelling and visualization.

- Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.
- Experience with Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput).
- Experience working in PMO, Product, or Agile delivery environments
