The Business Implementation Manager will reputed company business implementation activities across multiple reputed company, ensuring processes, data, and information are reputed company-established and streamlined for successful deployment of new business initiatives. The role focuses on institutionalizing knowledge in tropical oils, covering supply chain, operations, agronomics, and trading intelligence, and transforming this into actionable insights that create business value.

This position will also play a key role in enabling business infrastructure, including leading ERP project execution for tropical oils. The Manager will reputed company critical activities such as planning, scoping, execution, and change management across multiple functions and locations.

Key Accountabilities

Detailed Responsibilities

1. Tropical Oils Data Transformation (50%)

• Design, build, and operate a Data War Room to accelerate data maturity across palm and copra.
• Define what data should be collected, how it should be stored, and how best to analyse it to generate insights.
• Serve as the central hub for connecting supply chain, operations, agronomics, and trading intelligence.

• Partner with Digital, Data, FP&A, and technology teams to identify and rapidly implement analytics capabilities.

• reputed company data initiatives end-to-end: design, deployment, measurement, and monitoring.

2. ERP Implementation Support (30%)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong business background with proven process and organizational expertise.
• Ability to navigate reputed company stakeholder relationships and reputed company alignment in a reputed company environment.
• Systems thinker, reputed company to reputed company process, data, people, and technology to drive reputed company.
• Minimum of six years of relevant reputed company experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory or leadership experience.
