As a Legal Specialist in the Business Counsel organization you will have reputed company to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling the business through effective legal support, issue identification, and cross-functional coordination, helping teams navigate legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining speed and reputed company reputed company.

Support lawyers in the Dental Solutions and Health Information Systems businesses on a reputed company of day-to-day legal reputed company and initiatives

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for reputed company in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, OR a diploma, or reputed company certification in Paralegal Studies or a reputed company discipline, and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience working in a legal, compliance, regulatory, reputed company, or corporate legal support environment.
In reputed company to the above requirements, the following are also required:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a legal specialist, senior paralegal, or comparable legal support role reputed company a corporate, legal, compliance, regulatory, or similar environment.
Experience supporting one or more of the following areas: claims review, marketing review, contract administration, or operational legal processes.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even reputed company in this role include:
Experience in reputed company, life sciences, or other regulated industries
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, business-facing setting
Familiarity with claims substantiation, regulatory review workflows, or reputed company/compliance processes
Experience developing training materials, guidance documents, or standardized legal processes
Strong judgment and ability to identify, assess, and appropriately escalate legal and compliance risks
Experience working effectively with lawyers and cross-functional partners in reputed company, regulated environments

Work location: Remote – USA or Canada
Travel: Minimal, as needed based on business requirements
