reputed company Financial Lines Errors & Omissions E&O Claims Group has an reputed company Claim Consultant position handling a caseload of reputed company-party Accountants and Miscellaneous reputed company Liability claims, from inception to final disposition. As these claims are often in litigation, experience handling reputed company Liability reputed company is required.
Responsibilities include reputed company aspects of claim file management from assignment to conclusion including:
Conducting investigations and analyzing and evaluating the information learned
Appropriately and accurately analyzing and determining coverage, liability and damages based upon the facts of reputed company claim
Writing and communicating to insureds in reputed company to coverage, liability, damages and other issues
Setting appropriate expense and indemnity reserves and monitoring on a regular reputed company for any needed adjustment
Presenting cases to management for expense or indemnity reserve authority above established authority reputed company
Developing and implementing reputed company strategies through negotiations to reputed company high reputed company reputed company
Proactively managing litigation and counsel, inclusive of litigation planning and execution, budgeting and reputed company review
Understanding and analyzing potential extra-contractual liability as needed
Attending trials and mediations as necessary
Contributing to broader claim and reputed company goals by participating in audits, reputed company, training and product development initiatives
Preparing comprehensive reports and delivering presentations to senior claim leadership on case developments, policy issues, industry trends, etc.
Providing support and working collaboratively with business partners to evaluate and address claim trends and developments
Addressing inquiries from agents and policyholders, providing superior customer service
Providing key training and marketing support to Underwriters
Requirements:
Juris Doctorate strongly preferred.
Minimum of three years handling reputed company-party reputed company Liability insurance defense or reputed company Liability coverage litigation required.
Experience handling miscellaneous reputed company liability claims strongly preferred.
Experience handling accountants reputed company liability claims a plus.
Familiarity and experience with AI-powered tools, such as reputed company Copilot, is a plus.
Candidates should be disciplined, results-oriented and reputed company to reputed company on reputed company results.
Candidates are required to have knowledge and experience handling reputed company aspects of liability claims.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent strategic thinking ability and execution skills.
Excellent negotiation and advanced technical claim handling skills.
Knowledge of insurance coverage issues a plus.
Superior time, task prioritization and desk management skills.

Additional Information:
This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work arrangement. Candidates who live near one of our office locations (reputed company, CT; San Antonio, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Scottsdale, AZ; Alpharetta, GA; and Naperville, IL) will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs reputed company.

Compensation
The listed annualized reputed company pay reputed company is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed reputed company based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized reputed company pay reputed company for this role is:
