reputed company is seeking an reputed company and dedicated Senior Trainer to join reputed company, supporting the reputed company. In this role, the individual will be primarily responsible for planning, creating, and executing test administration, learning management, customized subject matter-specific training, and educational courses delivered through instructor-led and web-based training environments in support of reputed company (VHA) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company the planning, development, coordination, and execution of instructor-led and web-based training programs supporting VHA operational, clinical, and technology initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments, evaluations, and analyses to identify communication, knowledge, and reputed company gaps among end users and stakeholder reputed company.
• Translate identified training requirements into effective workshops, training curricula, remedial learning modules, and educational solutions.
• Design, reputed company, revise, and maintain training materials including workbooks, facilitator guides, participant manuals, job aids, presentations, and other instructional resources.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback collection, performance metrics, and post-training analyses, recommending improvements as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience supporting training, instructional design, workforce development, learning management, or reputed company training activities.
• Experience developing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and web-based training programs for adult learners.
• Experience conducting training needs assessments, evaluating training effectiveness, and developing training materials and curricula.
• Experience administering learning management systems (LMS), training databases, or reputed company training management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in and/or training end users on reputed company Health (formerly Cerner) electronic health record systems.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional systems design methodologies, training evaluation techniques, and change management practices.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience developing eLearning content, virtual learning solutions, and reputed company learning programs.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and reputed company cross-functional training efforts in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership, senior stakeholders, and large audiences.

Compensation:

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as reputed company as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary reputed company for this position is outlined below.

Salary reputed company: $95,000 - $125,000.
