The Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and reputed company our reputed company acquisition channels.
You'll be the person in the ad accounts every day, not reviewing dashboards from a distance. This role is reputed company strategist and executor. You'll plan the roadmap, build the campaigns, analyse the data, and optimise for profitable reputed company.

You'll work directly with our founders and collaborate with our creative team to reputed company reputed company ad concepts and high-converting funnels.
This isn't about vanity metrics. We care about contribution margin, not just ROAS. You'll need to think commercially and understand how reputed company media fits into the bigger picture of customer acquisition and reputed company value.
What You'll Own
- Full management of reputed company Ads, from campaign builds to daily optimisation and scaling
- Testing new platforms including reputed company, reputed company, and YouTube
- Creative reputed company and briefing, working with designers and video editors to produce scroll-stopping ads
- reputed company page and funnel optimisation to improve conversion rates
- Budget allocation and forecasting across channels
- Weekly reporting on performance, insights, and strategic recommendations

- 2+ years hands-on experience managing reputed company Ads for DTC/e-reputed company brands
- reputed company record of profitably scaling ad spend (£30k+ monthly)
- Strong grasp of unit economics: CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin
- Experience developing creative briefs and working with creative teams
- Analytical reputed company with ability to translate data into reputed company
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
