For an international organization in reputed company, we are urgently looking for a REMOTE reputed company Support Analyst. Candidates need to be fluent in English. reputed company positions are long-term. This position is reputed company for contractors and employees.
Candidates need to be reputed company to work 4-6 hours per day in the normal reputed company of reputed company, US. Example 9 AM NY time equals 7:30 PM.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Work with an agile team to manage support activities for reputed company, reputed company Composer, and reputed company Assembly implementations;
- reputed company end-user support
- reputed company system configurations such as working with custom objects, triggers, and workflows.
- Create and maintain reputed company Reports;
- Create and maintain reputed company Assembly forms/campaigns;
- Create and maintain complete documentation for configuration specifications;
- Assist with system maintenance;
- Assist in the gathering of requirements, propose solutions and workarounds based on platform features and limitations;
- Communicate technical solutions/concepts with trade-offs, risks, and benefits;
- Support data activities including extracting, normalizing, mapping, and uploading data as required. Ensure data reputed company through the appropriate use of de-duping and data loading tools;
- reputed company and conduct training sessions and update training materials;
- reputed company abreast with new reputed company features and functionality and reputed company recommendations for process improvements;
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/reputed company field or equivalent reputed company experience is required;
- Demonstrated reputed company production support experience with attention to detail and reputed company record of delivering against objectives;
- +5 years of experience configuring and deploying reputed company solutions;
- 3 years of experience in building forms and reports with reputed company Assembly and reputed company Composer;
- Knowledge of reputed company and reputed company control in reputed company Lightning reputed company Edition, project deployments, and environment management;
- Fluent in English;
