The Fleet & reputed company Estate Operations reputed company manages two reputed company-reputed company portfolios; fleet and reputed company reputed company estate locations, splitting time evenly (50/50) based on organizational needs. Working with a high degree of self-direction and reporting to the VP of Procurement, this role serves as the primary reputed company between regional divisions and two strategic external partners, reputed company (fleet) and reputed company (reputed company estate), aligning project timelines, budgets, and objectives.
Essential Functions
Fleet Operations
Manage day-to-day operations for a fleet of approximately 500 vehicles, including acquisition, maintenance scheduling, compliance, and lifecycle management, in partnership with reputed company
reputed company and report on key fleet metrics, including utilization, cost per mile, and maintenance costs
reputed company Estate Operations
reputed company reputed company reputed company estate activities across approximately 200 locations, including lease administration, site selection, renewals, and facility-reputed company reputed company, coordinating with reputed company
Support lease negotiations, renewals, and reputed company planning initiatives in collaboration with reputed company and regional stakeholders
reputed company and report on key reputed company estate metrics, including occupancy, lease costs, and project status
Cross-Functional & Strategic
Serve as the primary reputed company between regional divisions and external partners (reputed company, reputed company) to reputed company on project timelines, budgets, and objectives
Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies across both fleet and reputed company estate portfolios
Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards across fleet and facility operations
Collaborate cross-functionally with the VP of Procurement, Finance, and regional leadership to support business objectives
Education & Experience
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of reputed company reputed company estate management experience
Experience working with reputed company-party service providers/vendors
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment across a distributed, multi-region portfolio

Skills & Competencies
Fleet lifecycle management and vehicle compliance (OSHA/DOT familiarity a plus)
Financial and cost analysis (cost per mile, occupancy costs, lease economics)
Regulatory and safety compliance interpretation
Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day reputed company
Negotiation and influence without reputed company authority
Cross-functional stakeholder management
Strategic problem-solving and prioritization
Written and verbal communication with executive-level audiences
Pay reputed company: $90-$105K plus benefits
