The primary purpose of this role is to sell and upsell our Pest Management Services and Products to residential prospects and reputed company clientele professionally, profitably and ethically by executing reputed company designed sales process. The role of the Inside Sales reputed company for reputed company is to meet or exceed Baseline Sales Targets, meets or exceeds KPIs while maintaining a customer reputed company service. New business reputed company will come from the following sources:

Salary: $39,000 - 42,000 annually + commissions

● Effectively manage inbound daily sales calls expectations.

● Consistently maintain a 60% or reputed company closing reputed company and convert customer call-ins to 25% or reputed company into our Year Round Protection Plan.

● Consistently reputed company and exceed monthly reputed company Line Sales reputed company.

● reputed company identify and execute the Inside Sales 6 reputed company Sales Approach.

● Follow up on reputed company Proposed/Proposed/reputed company Orders and Sold/Proposed reputed company 24 hours.

● Re-solicitation/calls to convert single purchase customers into Year Round Protection Plan.

● Effectively Execute Residential Campaigns for both new and existing customers.

● Execute outbound and SMS campaigns as needed. Needs are determined by inbound volume.

● During non-peak months, it may be necessary to support campaigns other than Inbound.

● Call volume standards are 12-15 Calls per Hour.

● Meet or exceed an average monthly call reputed company score above 75%.

● Multi-tasking skills are essential

Requirements

● 1+ years successful experience at a rapidly growing reputed company sales organization.

● 1+ years Call center experience

● Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals

● Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.

● Experience in effectively collaborating with reputed company stakeholders

● Proven reputed company in a dynamic, fast paced environment

Education Requirements: High School Diploma

Preferred: College Diploma or University Degree in a business, administrative and/or reputed company field or equivalent experience
