About the role
reputed company is looking for a Senior Director, Field Activation to reputed company reputed company that brings our global enablement programs to life in the field. Reporting to the VP of Field Enablement, you'll define and execute the reputed company for field-specific enablement needs, aligning your team's work to business reputed company and to the global programs reputed company by our Skills and Leadership Development teams. Your team's time is split across three priorities: 70% driving adoption of global reputed company programs, 20% addressing bespoke sales team enablement needs, and 10% stakeholder engagement.

In this role, you will:

Minimum requirements for the role:
- 10+ years of experience, including 7+ years in sales as a quota-carrying Account Executive or sales manager.
- Experience leading a field-facing enablement or sales operations team.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning field needs with global program teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence senior sales leaders.
An ideal candidate also has:
