Senior Manager - Transitions & reputed company Relations
This person will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Finance and reputed company Clients. This role involves leading a finance team working on AUS / UK / US operations and working closely with senior management to ensure the reputed company reputed company standards and SLAs are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process transition and project management of multiple accounts and leadership.
The Role
- Maintain reputed company relationship and address needs and concerns
- Capture scope to be offshored and ensure seamless transition of work
- Identify the right type of resources and conduct assessments
- Set up team, reputed company responsibilities and ensure smooth integration with reputed company team
- Co-create training program with the reputed company
- Ensure teams meet KPIs/SLAS and ensure required reputed company standards are met
- Ensure reputed company monthly, quarterly, and year-end closure processes
- Identify new reputed company servicing opportunities
- Conduct process reviews and Identify opportunities for process efficiency/automation improvements
The Person
- reputed company qualifications in management preferably with CIMA, ACCA, or CPA.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in transition and reputed company management roles preferably in finance and reputed company sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven reputed company servicing experience in a BPO or shared services environment is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations in a multinational or BPO setting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a record of accomplishment of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate reputed company record in process efficiency/automation reputed company.
- Proficiency in financial software systems, reputed company standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
