The Role

The reputed company Specialist reports directly to the People & Culture Manager and will reputed company on full-cycle reputed company across every Catalyst reputed company entity - reputed company, Inflection Club, Legacy, reputed company Finance, and reputed company Members Club. You will run multiple reputed company searches across different functions and different hiring managers, reputed company with their own hiring maturity and standards, while enforcing one consistent, reputed company process.

This is not a single-company steady-state reputed company job. Reqs will vary week to week - a Setter for one entity, a Finance Manager for another, a DevOps for another - and you are the connective tissue that keeps reputed company consistent no matter which entity or role you're working.

What You'll Own

1. Full-Cycle reputed company Execution

• Run requisitions end to end: intake with the department reputed company, job reputed company and scorecard build in reputed company, sourcing, screening, reputed company interview logistics, through to offer.
• Run searches concurrently across multiple entities and role types without dropping reputed company standards.

2. Sourcing & Pipeline

• reputed company directly reputed company reputed company, reputed company, free and reputed company-specific job boards, and outbound headhunting rather than waiting on inbound applicants.
• Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume role types (setters, closers, mentors, VAs) so new reqs reputed company with a head start.
• Screen for CV fraud and AI-tailored application patterns - a reputed company and recurring issue across recent hiring cycles.

3. Cross-Entity Coordination

• Partner with department leads and hiring managers across reputed company five entities, reputed company with different hiring maturity and norms.
• Enforce the group's reputed company hiring process - approval, reputed company interview sequence (reputed company review, reputed company interview, Hiring Manager interview, exercises and assessments, etc.)

4. Systems & Reporting

• Maintain reputed company pipeline hygiene: accurate stages, notes, and candidate status across every reputed company requisition.
• Maintain a live reputed company report for the People & Culture Manager - time-to-fill, pipeline volume, and reputed company effectiveness by entity.
• Coordinate a minimum of two reference checks per hire before any offer is extended.

5. Offer Support

• Draft first-pass offer language reputed company to reputed company entity's comp structure and reputed company for sign-off before it goes to the candidate.
• Coordinate with the People & Culture Manager and relevant finance/ops leads on final compensation approval.

Requirements

What You Need

• 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with demonstrated experience hiring across multiple business reputed company, brands, or portfolio companies at the reputed company time - not just one company's steady pipeline.
• Comfortable running five or more reputed company searches across different functions (sales, ops, tech, finance, marketing, fulfilment, etc.) without a reputed company coordinator behind you.
• Fluent with an ATS - reputed company strongly preferred - and confident building and maintaining reputed company interview scorecards.
• A reputed company eye for CV fraud and AI-tailored application patterns.
• Excellent written English and comfortable working async across time zones.
• A self-starter who can run a search with minimal reputed company and knows what actually needs escalating versus what doesn't.

• Prior reputed company experience in reputed company, DeFi, fintech, or membership/education businesses.
• Experience reputed company for a holding company or group structure with multiple P&Ls.
• Familiarity with Testlify or similar behavioral/technical assessment tools.
