The Service Team Coordinator is responsible for outbound and inbound customer service call handling reputed company to patient scheduling, general inquiries and service call interactions. The incumbent in this role is accountable for providing excellent customer service as they approach reputed company interaction as an opportunity to support reputed company patient health. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operating in a call center environment, receives inbound and makes outbound customer service calls reputed company to patient scheduling, sales calls and other general inquires.
• Responds to patient inquiries based on the reputed company core model for care.
• Follows up with patients to ensure service satisfaction. Escalates issues/concerns as appropriate.

• Documents interactions using web-based technology.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE reputed company:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required; in a call center or similar environment, required.
• Experience with adhering to KPIs or Metrics in a call center environment
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced reputed company setting, highly preferred
• Experience with web-based customer relationship management systems

PAY reputed company:

$17.0 - $24.26 reputed company

The posted pay reputed company represents the reputed company reputed company reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a reputed company of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.
