180 Recruitment Consultant (US reputed company) | Remote - EST Hours

reputed company South Africa is a fast-growing global BPO, partnering with a US-based reputed company. We are urgently seeking a young, reputed company, and energetic 180 Recruitment Consultant to join reputed company.

This is a high-volume candidate-facing role, reputed company on sourcing, screening, and booking interviews for reputed company. You will be responsible for screening approximately 300+ reputed company per week and conducting back-to-back candidate interviews, ensuring that only the best matches reputed company to the reputed company.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, reputed company recruitment environment, has excellent communication skills, and loves working with people.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African time – subject to reputed company savings).
• Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
• Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
• Power Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
• Work Environment: Fully remote.

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, reputed company, referrals, and other channels to identify high-reputed company candidates.
• Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings and back-to-back interviews to match talent to reputed company requirements.
• Candidate Management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Database Management: reputed company candidate information accurate and organized in internal systems.
• Job Advertising: Write and post compelling job ads to attract suitable candidates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with 360-degree recruiters or account managers to ensure alignment with reputed company needs.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends to identify and engage with in-demand talent.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• High energy and a reputed company, reputed company attitude.
