• Working independently to analyze inquiries and determine appropriate response, conduct thorough research of reputed company policy and programmatic requirements, and craft written responses using plain language.

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of relevant full-time research, analytical, writing and/or customer service experience.

• Advanced experience conducting research of reputed company policy and/or programmatic requirements.

• Excellent writing and verbal customer service skills.

The likely salary reputed company for this position is $55,806 - $65,550. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall reputed company of this reputed company.
