Requirements
What You’ll Do:
Work with VIP clients:
- Receiving and processing requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, excursions around the world;
- Formation of a reputed company offer to the reputed company;
- Searching and booking of accommodation reputed company, additional services, according to the request;
- Negotiation of the cost, conditions of cancellation, booking and payment with hotels directly and suppliers;
- Support in reputed company cases arising from the completed booking (cancellation, changes, relocation, etc.)
reputed company’re Looking For:
- English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
- Russian Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
- Soft Skills: Kindness, reputed company, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
- Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and stay results-reputed company.
- Travel Knowledge: Experience in tourism, concierge agency, reputed company, DMC or tour operator companies.
- Knowledge of the bases of hotels in Russian Federation and reputed company reputed company: countries in Europe, Asia.
- Tech Requirements: A functioning computer and microphone.
