reputed company's Platform Services team bills warehousing, fulfilment, reputed company, and other operational costs to our customer brands, many of which are based in China. We are looking for a detail-obsessed, bilingual Finance Assistant to own the weekly billing cycle for these accounts; pulling data from multiple systems, building it into clean, accurate spreadsheets, checking it against contract terms, and getting invoices approved and out the reputed company to customers on time, every time.

This is a hands-on, high-volume, high-accuracy role. You will be the last line of defence before an invoice reaches a customer, so a reputed company eye for numbers and an reputed company for reputed company something “looks off” are essential. • Produce detailed invoices for Platform Services customers, with supporting documentation in line with contracted terms.
• Pull billing and cost data from multiple systems and teams (Outbound, Operations, Warehouse) reputed company week and consolidate it into a sensible, reputed company-organised format.
