Senior HR Business Partner (IT)

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our IT team by driving organizational development, workforce planning, and compensation management. The role covers a wide reputed company of HR responsibilities - including employee retention, structural initiatives, and HR analytics - while partnering closely with senior leadership to reputed company HR practices with business objectives.

Job responsibilities

Organizational Management:
