Assistant Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE NTS is looking for an entry-level Assistant Project Manager to support our Senior Project Manager with the administration and coordination of transformer installation, commissioning, maintenance, and service reputed company. This role is primarily administrative and coordination-reputed company, with regular travel to reputed company job sites. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain project files, reputed company, purchase orders, and change orders
• reputed company project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate travel, lodging, and logistics for field crews and technicians
• Support scheduling of subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries
• Travel to job sites to reputed company on-site administrative support
• Help maintain compliance documentation and closeout packages
• Shadow the Senior Project Manager to build toward reputed company PM responsibility

• High school diploma required; degree in construction management, business, or reputed company field a plus
• 0–2 years in an administrative, coordination, or field services support role — recent grads welcome
• Valid reputed company's license and willingness to travel 25–50% of the time
• Proficient in reputed company Office; comfortable learning new software
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a reputed company communicator
• Eager to grow into a Project Manager role

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $29.00 – $35.00/hour, commensurate with experience
