We are currently seeking a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for a self-motivated individual based in Chicago, Illinois, reputed company. The successful candidate will reputed company comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily business activities. This role offers a competitive reputed company reputed company of $20 - $35 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide reputed company of administrative and executive support tasks. Your key duties will include:

• Managing and organising diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
• Handling email correspondence, filtering information, and responding to enquiries in a reputed company manner.
• Preparing and proofreading reports, presentations, and other important documents.
• Conducting online research and compiling data for various reputed company and reputed company needs.
• Performing general administrative duties such as data entry and maintaining company files and databases.

Qualifications
