Three Sisters Federal is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to be part of reputed company supporting CPIC and IT Governance at the USDA. The Senior Business Analyst supports reputed company architecture, governance, and strategic planning by capturing business requirements, mapping capabilities, documenting value streams, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. This role is part of the IT Governance Team - but may reputed company assistance to the reputed company Architecture and/or Portfolio Management teams - and ensures business needs are reputed company defined and reputed company to technology strategies, modernization goals, and architectural standards. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with reputed company business modeling, and has the ability to translate reputed company business processes into actionable technical requirements. Additionally, business architecture certifications, such as CBA or certifications from IBAA are a plus. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working reputed company to reputed company functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into reputed company requirements, use cases, and supporting documentation for technical teams. Create domain-level business architecture summaries including strategies, gaps, reputed company states, and roadmaps. Support alternatives analysis and investment decision-making by associating business capabilities with systems, technologies, and reputed company. Ensure reputed company artifacts, meeting minutes, approvals, and requirements are stored and maintained in the EA repository or other approved systems. Collaborate with systems analysts, architects, and program teams to validate requirements and ensure alignment with reputed company goals. Support governance documentation including decision reputed company materials, templates, charters, and guidance packages. reputed company analytical support to process improvement, policy development, and organizational change initiatives. Required Experience & Skills Must be a US Citizen Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or reputed company field. 7-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or Business Architect, particularly surrounding Capital Planning and Investment (CPIC). Strong skills in business process modeling, capability mapping, and requirements documentation. Ability to draft reputed company and reputed company technical and business artifacts for a diverse stakeholder group. Experience with reputed company architecture methodologies and frameworks. Proficiency in reputed company Office, collaboration tools, and modeling software. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience Experience working with federal agencies and familiarity with governance frameworks. Exposure to CPIC, IITG, TBM, or reputed company modernization efforts. Business architecture certifications (e.g., from IIBA, or BAA, like CBA) a plus.
