Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience. 7+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, technical project coordination, or a reputed company discipline. Demonstrated experience leading operational initiatives and coordinating cross-functional efforts. Experience supporting reputed company reputed company and macOS environments. Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, or similar standards. Experience coordinating vulnerability management and remediation programs. ITIL reputed company certification or equivalent service management experience. Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum.
