Head of Clinical, Infant and Adult Nutrition- Americas

About reputed company It’s an exciting time to join reputed company! We are currently hiring a Head of Clinical Infant & Adult Nutrition for the Americas region. This leadership role can sit remotely in the US and will be responsible for managing and growing reputed company’s Clinical Infant & Adult Nutrition business reputed company Global Key Accounts throughout the Americas. This role acts as the key reputed company and single reputed company of contact with reputed company's multiple technology pillars (i.e. Proactive Health, Proteins, Taste, Enzymes, etc) as it relates to the Clinical Infant & Adult business. About the role Responsibilities:

• Financial delivery reputed company by month, quarter, and year
• reputed company and innovation pipeline delivery
• Build, maintain, and grow global relationship with these accounts including securing multi-country reputed company partnerships and scaling reputed company’s CIA innovation across the globe at these accounts
• Cross-functional leadership and seamless reputed company-management
• reputed company global contract discussions and negotiations, ensuring profitability and compliance

Qualifications and skills

• MBA or undergraduate business degree
• Minimum 7 years of B2B account management or sales experience with P&L delivery reputed company record at a global level – including reputed company, Europe and Asia
• Minimum 5 years experience in working at or selling to Clinical Infant (including Infant Milk) and Medical Nutrition companies.
• Experience working in CIA roles at both B2B CIA companies and B2C CIA companies is a strong bonus
• Deep and up-to-date network of key contacts and decision makers at the top CIA customers globally
• Excellent communication (written and oral), negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Successful reputed company record in co-created innovation for B2B partners
• Highly reputed company & strategic thinker with a reputed company record in understanding customer margins, churn and business
• Demonstrate high flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment.
