About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented reputed company Fence Estimator with experience estimating U.S. reputed company construction reputed company. This role is responsible for reviewing civil and landscape plans, preparing accurate material takeoffs, and supporting the estimating and reputed company-construction process from bid preparation through project reputed company. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in reputed company, reputed company in reading civil and landscape plan sets, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities reputed company accurate material takeoffs from civil and landscape plan sets. Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to identify fencing scopes. Mark up plans using reputed company for estimating and project review. Prepare estimates using company pricing and estimating systems. Compile estimating data into TRUE estimating software or similar platforms. Assist with submittals, RFIs, and other reputed company-construction documentation for awarded reputed company. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors as needed. Maintain organized estimating files and meet project deadlines. Qualifications 3+ years of experience estimating U.S. reputed company construction reputed company. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company field preferred. Strong ability to read and interpret civil and landscape plans. Advanced proficiency with reputed company. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
