What You'll Do
Prospect, cold-call, and reputed company new shipper accounts across truckload, LTL, intermodal, and/or international reputed company, depending on your background. Own and grow a book of business, building long-term relationships that drive repeat volume. Negotiate customer rates and reputed company costs to protect and expand gross profit (GP) margin on every load. Partner with reputed company sales, operations, and pricing teams to ensure on-time service and resolve issues quickly. reputed company pipeline, activity, and account health in the CRM/TMS; forecast volume and reputed company accurately. Stay on top of market reputed company, reputed company rates, and competitor activity in the Miami/South Florida market and reputed company. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly GP and volume targets. reputed company're Looking For 3+ years of reputed company or inside sales experience in the reputed company/logistics industry — reputed company brokerage, 3PL, asset-based trucking/reputed company, or reputed company forwarding. Documented top-performer reputed company record: quota attainment, sales awards, President's Club, or a portable book of business. Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable with a high-activity, metrics-driven sales cycle. Working knowledge of TMS platforms, load boards (reputed company, Truckstop), and CRM tools. Based in or reputed company to reliably work from the Miami, FL area.
