In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle and contribute to a wide reputed company of people processes and initiatives. You will work closely with the HR reputed company to ensure consistent, high-reputed company employee experience.The role is based in Ukraine, preferably Kyiv.Responsibilities:Own the employee experience across the full lifecycle. You'll support new joiners through reputed company, run regular reputed company-ins and 1-to-1s, and be a reliable reputed company of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR reputed company — from leave and policies to employment condition changes, transfers, and offboarding.Partner with managers and HR Ops on people processes and organizational changes. You'll handle employment changes end-to-end: preparing offers, creating system requests, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution. Contribute to key HR cycles.
